Returns Policy

At SHWN, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our returns policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at shwnau@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You’ll receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your return is processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at shwnau@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning your original item for store credit and placing a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
